Quizy is an entertainment service: trivia games with a spoken host, served live from our servers. The app needs an internet connection. It is provided by VOCO AS, Asker, Norway. These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
All purchases go through Apple. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in your Apple ID settings; game credits are added to your balance when bought and spent when a game starts. Packs, modes and hosts you buy are yours to keep. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms; a refunded purchase is removed from your account.
One account or device may not be used to script, resell or bulk-consume the service. The free allowance is per person, not per invented device.
Player names appear on scoreboards and are spoken aloud by the host. Keep them fit for the whole car: we may refuse or reset an offensive name, and a name can be reported from the app.
Questions are checked, but a trivia host is not an encyclopedia, and improvised banter is entertainment, not fact. Scores and verdicts are final within a game.
Quizy is designed for passengers, and starting a game needs a tap. Drivers: eyes on the road.
Terms may change with reasonable notice in the app. Continued use after a change is acceptance.
